Meditate

The three of us burnt-out girls meditate...
I learned a kind of relaxation meditation 3 years ago, but wasn't practicing anymore.
Then, I joined the 21-day guided meditations by Deepak Chopra and Oprah, in Spring. I thought it would be irritating, but instead I loved it!
It relieved the anxiety and helped me to let go and feel lighter.
